In response to the "Invalid" label given to the complaints filed against the ladies having sex with worms picture, I questioned the help desk on why something featuring bestiality was allowed on dA. This is the reply I got -
Our policies state that a clear display of sexual intercourse is prohibited. The subjects in this image are positioned in a manner that it's unclear if there is actual penetration present. It's undoubtedly risque and pushes the limits, however, it's within the limits set by policy.
If you've seen the picture, this isn't a satisfactory answer, so I replied again -
...really? So the second female figure from the bottom with the worm REALLY CLEARLY crawling into her butthole doesn't count? You can't say that's positioned in a way that it's unclear. It's clear. And what about the rule about no bodily fluids coming from the genitals? The figure with the wide open labia with the worms crawling out of it are leaving trails of genital fluid. Come on, I've seen far less "risque" pieces pulled quick as anything, especially if they included male genitalia. I really suspect that this wasn't pulled immediately because of the popularity of the artist, and the skilled rendering. I'm very disappointed
I'm sure I'll be promptly ignored, but I figured I'd give it a go anyhow. Man, once I get a new tablet, there's going to be some serious envelope pushing, of a not gross wormy kind.
Oh, and I guess the artist posted a journal exclaiming how utterly shocked she is that it would be taken in a sexual way. Women having sex with worms, being viewed as art with a sexual context...no shit? Either she's full of worms, or she's just really not too bright. Regardless of intentions, at least take your head out of your ass and have some bloody foresight.
